Cancelation won’t apply on the delivery day.
Please note that we begin processing orders overnight, so last minute cancellations or changes may not be possible.
Non Refund Policy
Due to nature of our baking process and to ensure the highest quality we have a non-refund policy for several conditions.
We kindly ask to take your time and carefully review your order details before proceeding with the purchase to avoid any inconveniences.

Due to nature of our product we are unable to proceed with refund for Customized Macarons such as:
Customized colors
Customized shapes
Cube Macarons Cakes
Macarons Towers.
Additional non-returnable items:
We do not offer refunds for delivery charges as they are handled by third parties.
Failure to receive the order
Refunds requested due to failure to receive your order won’t be accepted.
We will hold the order for 1 additional day only and after it will be tossed.
Exchanges
Replacement can be done if your order arrived damaged or it doesn’t match with your selection.
We kindly ask carefully verify your order before finalizing the acceptance.
